When the client submits their intake form, IntakeLink prepopulates your engagement letter template and sends it for e-signature in the same session. No manual merge, no separate DocuSign login.
The signed engagement letter triggers a LawPay payment request for your retainer amount. Your client pays. You get a notification. The matter is funded and ready to open in Clio.
